CACI REJUVA MED

CACI RejuvaMed™ is a unique, multi-technology, skin rejuvenation platform for non-surgical facial lifting - the first of its kind to target the various mechanisms of facial ageing in a single device.

Facial ageing is not a single-layer problem. It involves collagen depletion, reduced muscle tone, impaired cellular signalling and inflammation across the complex architecture of the face. RejuvaMed™ is the first treatment designed to address them all, through five integrated technologies: microcurrent muscle toning, radiofrequency skin tightening, focused pulsed light rejuvenation, oxygenating skin preparation and needle-free polynucleotide infusion.

Results are cumulative and progressive - delivered through a considered course of treatment, each session building on the last, with zero downtime.

Clinic Dr Paris is the first doctor-led clinic in the UK to offer RejuvaMed™. Known for her biologically driven approach to regenerative aesthetics, Dr Paris integrates it into a personalised, biology-first plan - built around your goals, your skin and its long-term health.

TREATMENT INFORMATION

  • Your patient journey starts with a chat by phone - or email - to discuss your treatment objectives and the results you are looking to achieve. You might opt for a short virtual consultation initially, with the reassurance that we always assess you in person before undertaking any treatment, to gain a clear understanding of your unique needs.

We then arrange an in-depth consultation with Dr Paris, to assess your skin and facial structure, and to design a treatment plan around your long-term skin health and aesthetic objectives.

When creating your treatment plan, the goal is long-term, sustainable improvements for your skin and overall wellbeing, with continuous care throughout your time with us. You’ll be able to ask any questions and we’ll make sure you are fully informed and comfortable with all the options.

There is never any pressure to book nor to know what you’re looking for. Treatment options, how they work and what’s right for you can feel overwhelming - we’re here to advise you on the best approach for you.

  • Rejuva Med™ suits a wide range of patients - whether you’re looking to address visible changes, complement an existing treatment programme, or take a preventive approach to facial ageing before it becomes apparent.

It is particularly well suited to those experiencing:

    • Loss of facial definition, jawline softening or reduced muscle tone

    • Skin laxity on the face or neck

    • Dullness, uneven tone or texture that skincare alone isn’t resolving

    • Facial volume loss following weight loss or medication such as Ozempic and Mounjaro

    • Dehydrated or depleted skin that needs more than a facial

    • Pigmentation or sun damage (treated with the light-based component, best scheduled autumn through spring - your practitioner will advise)

Rejuva Med™ also suits patients who want meaningful results but are not ready for - or prefer to avoid - injectables or surgery, and those who have felt they’ve plateaued with facials and skincare. It is suitable for all skin types and tones, with no downtime.

  • At your consultation, Dr Paris assesses your skin, discusses your concerns and goals, and designs a treatment plan tailored to you. Each Rejuva Med™ session is then delivered by our senior therapists, who select the most appropriate combination of technologies based on your treatment objectives and the current condition of your skin.

During a session, multiple modalities are used in sequence - each one creating the conditions for the next to perform better, and all working towards your defined treatment goals. As your course progresses, the therapist assesses how your skin is responding and adjusts the protocol accordingly.

    The available modalities are:

Oxygenating skin preparation - deep cleansing and oxygenation that prepares the skin to receive subsequent technologies at their full potential. Skin that is congested or barrier-impaired will not respond optimally; this step creates the foundation everything else builds on.

Radiofrequency skin tightening - multipolar radiofrequency energy heats the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin production for progressive firming and tightening.

GripTec microcurrent muscle toning - CACI’s precision microcurrent technology lifts and tones the underlying facial muscles by stimulating ATP (adenosine triphosphate) - the energy source that drives cellular activity and muscle contraction. This enhanced cellular energy helps optimise collagen and elastin synthesis, improves circulation, and progressively restores the structural support that diminishes with age. Think of it as working on the structural pillow beneath the skin - refining definition in a way that elevates everything above it.

Focused Pulsed Light (FPL) rejuvenation - targets pigmentation, uneven skin tone and surface imperfections, while also well helping to regulate sebum production and reduce acne activty. As a light-based technology, FPL is best suited to periods of minimal sun exposure - typically autumn through spring. If your session includes FPL, sun avoidance before and after treatment is essential and your practitioner will advise.

Needle-free polynucleotide (pdrn) serum infusion - CACI’s Infusion Atomiser delivers a polynucleotide-based serum transdermally, without needles, for deep hydration, cellular repair and lasting skin restoration.

  • Facial ageing involves multiple processes happening simultaneously - changes in muscle tone, collagen integrity, skin quality, pigmentation and surface texture. Until now, most treatments have been limited to addressing only one or two of these at a time.

Rejuva Med™ is designed around the principle that each technology creates the conditions for the next to perform better. Microcurrent supports the underlying muscular structure; radiofrequency works on the tissue above; oxygenating preparation enhances circulation ensuring the skin is ready to receive both. Polynucleotide infusion supports cellular repair throughout. The sequence is intentional, and the outcome is greater than the sum of its parts.

This is also why Rejuva Med™ works particularly well within a broader treatment plan. When the skin’s underlying biology is supported and improved, every other treatment - injectables, skin boosters, polynucleotides - perform better and lasts longer. At Clinic Dr Paris, this integration is built into how we approach every patient’s care.

  • None. Rejuva Med™ is non-invasive with no recovery time. Most patients return to normal activities immediately. Some may notice mild warmth or temporary redness, which typically subsides within a few hours. If your treatment includes focused pulsed light, we advise avoiding direct sun exposure for at least two weeks before and afterwards - your practitioner will guide you.

  • Many patients notice improved radiance and tone after a single session. More significant results - lift, firmness and structural improvement - develop progressively over a course of 6–8 weekly treatments, with optimal results from around 8-12 weeks in.

Results continue to develop between sessions as the technologies stimulate collagen and elastin production and restore tone to the underlying facial muscles.

  • A course of 6–8 treatments is recommended, performed weekly. Following your course, quarterly maintenance treatments sustain results. You are welcome to begin with a single session before committing to a course.

  • Before treatment:

    • Avoid sunbeds, fake tan and sunbathing for 2–4 weeks

    • Avoid retinol/ retinoids, exfoliants or acids like AHAs, BHAs and vitamin C for 5 days

    • Avoid chemical peels, hair removal like waxing / threading / laser and microneedling for 2 weeks

    • Do not apply makeup, perfume, lotions or oils to the treatment area on the day

    • Drink plenty of water in the days before; reduce alcohol and caffeine

    • Inform us of any medications, particularly blood thinners or photosensitising drugs

    After treatment:

    • Apply SPF30+ daily and avoid direct sun exposure for at least 2 weeks

    • Avoid active skincare, retinols and exfoliants for 5–7 days

    • Avoid microdermabrasion, laser, waxing, hat removal, chemical peels and microneedling for 7-14 days

    • No hot showers, baths, saunas or intense exercise for 24–48 hours

    • Avoid makeup for 12–24 hours

    • Keep skin hydrated with a gentle moisturiser and drink plenty of water

If your session includes focused pulsed light, sun avoidance is essential - your practitioner will advise on the specific guidance for your treatment.

  • Yes - and because your Rejuva Med™ protocol is already bespoke, combining it with other treatments is a natural extension of the same approach. At Clinic Dr Paris, treatments are sequenced as part of a considered plan rather than offered in isolation. Rejuva Med™ works particularly well alongside injectables, polynucleotides and skin booster treatments, each addressing different tissue levels. Your consultation will include a discussion of what combination approach is right for you.

frequently asked questions

  • Standard CACI treatments focus primarily on microcurrent muscle toning. Rejuva Med™ is an entirely new platform - CACI’s most advanced system after more than three decades of innovation in non-surgical aesthetics. It integrates up to four additional technologies - radiofrequency, focused pulsed light, oxygenating skin preparation and needle-free serum infusion - within a single system, designed specifically for medical and advanced aesthetic practices. Clinic Dr Paris was invited to be the first doctor-led clinic to introduce Rejuva Med™, due to Dr Paris’s experience in regenerative medical aesthetics.

  • Both are light-based technologies used to target pigmentation, uneven skin tone and surface concerns - but they work differently.

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) emits a broad spectrum of light wavelengths, which can make it less precise and more likely to cause discomfort, particularly on sensitive or darker skin tones.

FPL (Focused Pulsed Light) uses a more controlled, targeted delivery of light energy - achieving comparable or superior results with greater precision and comfort.

As with IPL, FPL is best suited to periods of lower sun exposure, typically autumn through spring. Your practitioner will advise at consultation.

  • These are different technologies addressing different aspects of facial ageing.

HIFU and Ultherapy deliver focused energy to deeper tissue layers, stimulating collagen at a structural level. They are effective for skin laxity and typically done as a single annual treatment, though they can involve discomfort and a period of skin sensitivity.

Rejuva Med™ works differently. Its defining element is precision microcurrent - the only non-surgical technology that directly lifts and tones the underlying facial muscles, which neither HIFU nor RF addresses. Combined with radiofrequency, light-based rejuvenation, skin preparation and polynucleotide infusion, it treats the face comprehensively across multiple levels, with no discomfort and no downtime.

For some patients one approach will be more appropriate; for others, the two can work well as part of a broader plan. Dr Paris or members of her team will advise at consultation.

  • Facial workout treatments - such as those offered by FaceGym - use manual massage and resistance techniques to stimulate circulation and encourage muscle engagement. They can be an enjoyable part of a regular maintenance routine and we have created Le Sculpt for those that prefer manual massage and a more hands on approach.

Microcurrent works at a more fundamental level. GripTec technology delivers low-frequency electrical impulses directly to the facial muscles, stimulating ATP production and lifting them physiologically in a way that manual techniques cannot replicate. The effect is cumulative - repeated sessions progressively restore tone and definition. Rejuva Med™ goes further, combining microcurrent with four additional technologies to address the full picture of facial ageing in a single, medically supervised treatment.

  • Yes. For patients looking for a more focused approach to skin tightening and refinement, we offer a dedicated Radiofrequency Facial - designed to tighten, refine and sculpt, with no downtime and immediate luminosity. Please enquire for details.

  • Weight loss medications such as Ozempic, Mounjaro and Wegovy can lead to facial volume loss and accelerated skin laxity - often producing a gaunt or aged appearance disproportionate to the rest of the body.

Rejuva Med™ can play a valuable role here - particularly in restoring muscle tone and skin quality. Microcurrent helps restore structural support, radiofrequency tightens lax skin, and polynucleotide infusion supports cellular repair from within. As part of a broader plan at Clinic Dr Paris, it may also be combined with injectables or biostimulatory treatments for more comprehensive results. Dr Paris or a member of her team will advise at consultation.

  • We do not recommend Rejuva Med™ during pregnancy. Please get in touch to discuss alternatives suitable during this time.

  • We recommend arriving without makeup on the treatment area where possible. If this isn’t practical, we cleanse the skin thoroughly before treatment begins. Afterwards, we advise avoiding makeup for 12–24 hours to allow the skin to settle.

  • Rejuva Med™ at Clinic Dr Paris is delivered by our senior medical therapists, who have many years of experience in aesthetic treatments. Their hands-on expertise is enhanced by the guidance of Dr Paris Acharya and the bespoke treatment plan she designs for you, ensuring this sophisticated technology is integrated thoughtfully into your broader skin health plan.
