TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to Clinic Dr Paris. We are delighted you have chosen to entrust us with your care. The Terms & Conditions below are designed to ensure that every patient receives our full attention, and to allow us to run the clinic as thoughtfully and personally as possible. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them and contact us with any questions. By booking an appointment with us, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
Your First Visit
Complimentary virtual consultation with Dr Paris
Every new patient is invited to book a complimentary fifteen-minute virtual consultation with Dr Paris, if they choose. This is an opportunity for you to meet online, to discuss your concerns and goals, and to determine together the most appropriate next step, whether that is an in-clinic consultation with Dr Paris, an appointment with one of our aestheticians or another option. There is no obligation to book anything beyond this call.
In-clinic consultations
Where a full consultation is recommended, this will be booked with Dr Paris or with one of our team, depending on your requirements. A consultation is a dedicated appointment in its own right: time set aside for thorough assessment, discussion and the design of a personalised treatment plan for you. Consultation fees reflect this and are set out in the table below.
Where time permits and you wish to proceed on the same day, Dr Paris may be able to perform treatment within your consultation appointment. The cost of treatment is in addition to the consultation fee.

Appointment Deposits
For consultation appointments
To secure a consultation appointment, the appropriate consultation fee is taken at the time of reservation and held on your patient account. This is then used for payment of the consultation after your appointment.
In the case of redeemable consultation fees, the charge will be refunded should your practitioner consider you medically unsuitable to proceed.
For treatment appointments
To secure your treatment appointment, a deposit of £250 is taken at the time of reservation and held on your patient account.
At each appointment, you may choose to:
apply the deposit against the cost of your treatment that day, in which case a new £250 deposit will be taken to secure your next booking; or
settle your treatment in full, leaving the deposit on your account for future appointments.
You may choose at your appointment which is most convenient for you.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals
We manage a busy diary and appointments are often booked some time in advance. Although we do hold a waiting list, a late cancellation or missed appointment can rarely be filled at short notice. The policies below therefore allow us to organise the diary thoughtfully on behalf of all our patients.
Notice period
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Notice may be given by email, telephone or WhatsApp. As a courtesy, we send an automated reminder by email or SMS approximately 48 hours before your appointment, but the responsibility for cancelling within the notice period rests with the patient.
With sufficient notice
Where 48 hours' notice or more is given of a cancellation or reschedule, your booking deposit / consultation fee remains on your account and may be transferred to a new appointment of your choosing (or refunded, if requested).
Late cancellations & missed appointments
Where less than 48 hours' notice is given, or where an appointment is missed without notice, we regret that the booking deposit or consultation fee is retained in full as a cancellation fee (£50 in the case of an injectable review appointment). A new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment.
Cancelling on the day for medical reasons
If on the day of your appointment you experience a cold sore, active skin reaction or illness that may make treatment unsafe, please contact the clinic at the earliest opportunity, by email and with clear photographs where relevant. In these circumstances we will not apply a late cancellation fee.
Late arrivals
We ask that you arrive around five minutes before your appointment. As a courtesy to all our patients, we run to a prompt schedule; therefore, if you arrive late to clinic, we will always do our best to accommodate you but your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
Circumstances beyond our control
On rare occasions we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment at short notice. In such cases we will contact you at the earliest opportunity and any fees paid will be honoured against your rescheduled appointment in full.
Before Your Appointment
If convenient, we kindly ask that you arrive with a clean, make-up-free face to allow Dr Paris or the team to assess your skin. We will happily cleanse your skin if that's preferable.
If your treatment requires any specific preparation, such as pausing skincare products, medications or supplements in advance, we will let you know at the time of booking. Failure to follow pre-treatment guidance may mean that we are unable to proceed safely on the day.
Aftercare
Following treatment you will be given appropriate aftercare guidance which we kindly ask you to follow closely to support the best possible result. Should any concern arise in the days that follow, we encourage you to contact the clinic without delay, so that we may look after you properly.
Post-Treatment Concerns
Should you experience an unexpected reaction or have a clinical concern following treatment, please contact us at the clinic or via WhatsApp, Monday to Sunday, from 10am to 6pm, on 020 4553 5516. We will respond as soon as possible. Concerns raised outside these hours will be reviewed the following working day.
If you need medical advice and can’t reach us, NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day. For anything you consider a medical emergency, please call 999 or attend your nearest A&E.
Do inform us in any instance so we can respond appropriately as soon as possible.
Review & Top-Up Appointments
A complimentary review is offered for injectable treatments:
Botox treatment: scheduled for between two and four weeks after treatment, with a top-up if clinically appropriate (at no charge).
Dermal filler treatment: scheduled for between two and six weeks after treatment, depending on the area treated. Dermal filler reviews are to assess how tissues are settling. Should any additional filler be used, this is chargeable.
Whilst the review itself carries no charge, a £50 fee is payable should the appointment be missed without notice.
Suitability & our discretion to decline
Your safety and wellbeing guide every decision we make. Dr Paris and our practitioners reserve the right to decline or postpone a treatment where, in our clinical judgement, it would not be in your best interests - whether for medical reasons, because the result you are hoping for cannot safely or realistically be achieved, or where we feel a little more time or reflection would serve you better. In such cases, any booking fee is returned to you in full.
Treatment Consent & Expectations
Every treatment is tailored to the individual, and responses naturally vary from one person to another. While Dr Paris and her team will always discuss openly what may realistically be achieved, we are unable to guarantee a specific outcome. Your consultation is the time to explore this fully, so that any treatment is the right choice for you. Written consent will be obtained for every treatment we perform.
Medical Information & Photography
Your safety is our first priority. We ask you to complete a medical history form before your first appointment, and that you let us know of any subsequent changes to your health, medications or pregnancy status. The clinic cannot accept responsibility for any complication arising from information that has not been disclosed.
Clinical photographs are taken as part of your medical record before and after treatment. These form part of your confidential file and are held securely. Photographs are never shared externally, for marketing, social media or any other purpose, without your separate, explicit written consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Skincare, Homecare Products, Supplements & Prescriptions
Skincare, homecare products and supplements are non-refundable once opened, except where a product is faulty. Unopened products may be returned within fourteen days of purchase for exchange or credit.
Prescription items, including hormone preparations and prescription skincare, are non-refundable in line with healthcare regulation. A prescription request made outside an appointment may attract an administrative fee of £75. Where more than six months have passed since your last appointment, a review will be required before a further prescription can be issued.
Treatment and product prices are reviewed periodically and may change in line with supplier and operating costs.
VAT
Treatments that qualify as medical care for the protection, maintenance or restoration of health are exempt from VAT under UK law. Where a treatment does not qualify, or is reclassified by HMRC, VAT will be added to the published price.
Children, Guests & Chaperones
For reasons of safety, insurance and the comfort of all our patients, children are not permitted in treatment rooms. We ask that children remain supervised by an accompanying adult throughout your visit.
You are welcome to request a chaperone for your consultation or treatment. Please let us know in advance so that we can arrange this for you.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be purchased for any value or for a specific treatment, and are valid for twelve months from the date of issue. They are non-refundable and non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash. Any unused balance remains on account until the expiry date, after which it cannot be reinstated. Gift cards may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, and we kindly ask that they be treated as cash, as lost or damaged cards cannot be replaced.
Refer a Friend
When a new patient you have referred completes a treatment of £250 or more, you will each receive a £50 credit towards a future treatment of your choice. The terms of the scheme are:
referring patient must be an existing patient of Clinic Dr Paris;
new patient must mention the referring patient's name at the time of their first booking;
credit is applied once the referred treatment has been completed and paid;
credits may be used against any treatment but are not redeemable against products or for cash, and may not be combined with other offers;
credits are valid for twelve months from the date of issue and are non-transferable.
